    I was pleasantly surprised at the quality of this bench for the price right from the time I started to unpack it! [...] it went together in no time at all and I was so happy that when it was assembled, it did not look like an assemble-it-yourself piece of furniture, it reeks of quality. Everything fit together beautifully and I assembled it in about 20 minutes. I'm using mine in my cottage kitchen and I intend putting cushions on the seat at a small kitchen table. Ideally, since I'm tall, I wish the legs were about 2 inches longer but I'm sure the cushion idea will help. The drawers fit well well and slide with ease. I'm putting placemats, napkins and napkin rings in them as well as a tablecloth and table runner. When I move, I can see this as a perfect item in the front or back hallway to put on boots, store mittens and scarves, etc. I can also see my bench at the foot of my bed or in a sheltered porch. It is a nice piece of furniture with storage without being overpowering, yet it seats two nicely. Obviously I feel like I made a good choice when ordering this piece of furniture and I would recommend your site as a good place to shop on line if this is an example of your products!

    I loved this bench and thought when it came it was really good quality. However, it was very short! It looked very tiny in my kitchen and out of place. I think it would be better for a kids playroom. Maybe it would fit better in a foyer and I have 10 foot celings in my house which could have added to how tiny it looked.

      My husband is a real skeptic when it comes to ordering on line. This same bench was sold elsewhere for over $200.00.So you can only imagine how pleased I was[...] the quality of the bench. I absolutely enjoyed assembling this without any help from him.I think he may even like it, I sure do !

            It is very beautiful; the cherry finish is lovely. It is very low, but I purchased the 45 in. cushion in taupe and it is now very, very comfortable for sitting. The storage is very generous. It's a keeper.

            Beautiful Bench

            I had searched EVERYWHERE for a nice bench that had a perfect fininsh, style and was at least 4 feet long (so many benches are closer to 3 feet). I just received this one and it is BEAUTIFUL. Very sturdy and actually quite heavy. I moved it into the house on my own and it took some effort. I also wanted to surprise my husband by putting it together before he got home from work and the assembly was so easy! I was done within 20 minutes.

            This is the perfect piece for my entryway for people to take shoes off when they come in the door. I hung a mirror above it and decorated with a few colorful throw pillows.

            The only thing I would change is the height... its pretty short and it would be better a few inches taller. But besides that, i love the purchase!
