    I marked poor quality because after I completely unpacked all the parts with the foam and bubble wrap and cardboard and carried the big box up a flight of stairs, I found that one of the bottom rungs was broken. It has maybe a 5 inch crack.

    But I still gave it 4 stars because the crack doesn't affect the function or appearance of the bench at all. (I just turned the cracked side to the wall) Initially I was terrified that I was going to have to repack and ship back this giant box and wait for a rebate etc etc. In the end, it still looks great and works great so I kept it and am happy I did.

    This bench is PECAN. The color does NOT match the color in the pictures. I actually prefer the color that we received, but it would be nearly impossible to match up with other furniture until you have it in your possession. The actual color is more of a red color than the pictures portray. All in all a good bench, but buy this first and then try to match your furniture purchases after.

        The bench is outside our front door and looks great. It was easy to assemble and is sturdy. The bench came with a slight crack in the wood, but barely noticeable and not worth dealing with.

            I love this bench. It looks really good (the wood is very pretty)and helps us keep our entryway looking neat. You can store shoes and other things in baskets on the shelf underneath. It was exactly what I was looking for and the price was better than anything else I was looking at. Also, the wood is solid and the bench seems quite sturdy. I had no trouble putting it together. The cushion is thin but attractive and serves its purpose well. Very good buy.
